Preserving the past for a better tomorrow
The Together Plan works with socially and economically vulnerable communities in the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe. We promote community capacity building through research, exploration, education, cultural events and dialogue. We help communities discover what can be achieved collectively, working alongside community members to develop skills and knowledge while providing the necessary training to build a sustainable future.
Through our projects we support Jewish communities, communities with special needs, Holocaust survivors, children of all ages and families living under the poverty line.
The Together Plan draws its inspiration for projects around three central pillars – ‘past’, ‘present’ and ‘future’ and each project drives a central belief which can be distilled into one line …

The Together Plan is working to advance UNDP sustainable Development Goals 4 and 16
- Goal 4 – promoting education around Belarus’s Jewish history, heritage, culture and the Holocaust.
- Goal 16 – promoting peace, justice and the development of strong institutions, through the building of a Jewish Cultural Heritage Trail in Belarus as part of the European Route of Jewish Heritage under the Council of Europe’s Cultural Routes Programme, in association with the AEPJ.

a Jewish route through Belarus
In association with AEPJ Jewish Heritage as a part of their Jewish Routes programme, we are building a route through Belarus with the local Jewish and wider non-Jewish communities at the heart of the route.
Making History Together
Making History Together is a unique, virtual six month character development programme for young learners through a journey of hidden history to discover the story of the Jews of Belarus between 1941 and 1944 and an interactive travelling exhibition.
