They have been neglected in recent times for what some people believe are healthier options – rice, grains and quinoa, but we are excited to be able to tell you that during the lockdown times the potato became fashionable once again.
During these lockdown times, people have been eating healthier and choosing more vegetarian options, so for inspiration, our in-house foodie Michelle Rose has been reading many vegetarian books and blogs for inspiration.
Anna Jones has been modernising vegetarian recipes and she was brought to Michelle’s attention by a vegetarian friend.
